BENOY BALA - Profile

Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC)

Member, Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC)

President & CEO, MEGALITH Management Ltd.

Mr. Bala has been practicing as a Canadian Immigration Consultant since 1994 and has been operating primarily in North America, Middle East & South Asia, personally visiting in the various regions.

Mr. Bala, a professional of Indian origin and an immigrant himself, recognized an option for the large South Asian expatriate population, temporarily serving in the Middle East region, to gainfully settle in Canada permanently as opposed to returning back home.  This lead to the creation of MEGALITH's Canadian Immigration Service in Kuwait.  Subsequently, he recognized the need for a Reliable and Efficient service in South Asian countries, and began offering services in India with tremendous success.

When the Canadian Government regulated the practice of Canadian Immigration Consultancy in April 2004, Mr. Bala was authorized as a Member of The Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) on the first day of the enactment, and today, is one of the accredited Members of the current regulatory body of Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (RCCIC).

With years of dedicated and professional service, Mr. Bala has a proven record of a large satisfied clientele base, mainly from the South Asian community, already settled as well as under process.   He has assisted in changing the lives of hundreds of people and families who have settled in Canada and live safe, and prosperous lives today.  He regularly visits various operating countries in to meet his clients personally, and is possibly one of the very few authorized Canadian Immigration Consultants that offers this personalized, one on one consultancy style during every stage of the application process.

Mr. Bala travels to India frequently. If you would like to connect with him online, or on his travels, please email him at
